Jeffery Richards - Big Jessie

Jeffery has appeared widely on stage in in film and television. His television and film credits include, A Country Practice, Flying Doctors, Father, The Big Steal, Mission Impossible, Play Dead, Neighbours, Bony, Full Frontal and Hunting. His theatre credits include, Disney Colours Your World - Asia Tour, Flora The Red Menace, City Of Angels, Aida, Miss Ceremonial Velvet, Grand Hotel, Anything Goes and On The Town.

Matthew Hetherington - Jessie all other ages

Matt graduated from WAAPA in 1996 with a BA in Musical Theatre. In January he was part of a musical workshop of The Boy From Oz, directed by Gale Edwards and written by Nick Enright. In 1992, he was awarded best actor by the Victorian Musical Theatre Guild for his portrayal of Huck Finn in Big River. His TV appearances include - Good Morning Australia, Hey Hey It's Saturday, Tonight Live and Australia's Most Wanted. He also fronts his own band around Melbourne, Beyond Belief. Matt is looking forward to doing a short Asian tour with The Rocky Horror Picture Show.

Michael Cooke - Willy & Policeman

Michael has had a varied career as far as stage goes, appearing in the operetta Die Fledermaus as Gabriel, then to the other end of the spectrum, playing Munoz, a Hispanic policeman in City Of Angels. He has also appeared in Jesus Christ Superstar as Herod, Orpheus Of The Underworld, Little Shop Of Horrors, The Scarecrow in The Wizard Of Oz and also played Billy in Me & My Girl.

 

Ana Mitsikas - Sky & Sonja

Ana studied Drama/Dance & Literature at Rusden and is an accomplished pianist and vocalist. At Rusden she performed Antigone by Anouilh and Marat Sade. Professionally she has toured in Buddy: The Buddy Holly Story, and with Glynn Nicholas' production Wrung Out. In the music scene she has performed with Relax With Max and Beyond Belief and has made numerous appearances on Good Morning Australia.

Annie Wilson - Jessie's Mother & Jessie's Foster Mother

Ann has clad fishnet stockings as Janet in The Rocky Horror Show and toe-tapped her way around Australia in David Atkins' Hot Shoe Shuffle. Other performances include The Pirates of Penzance, Dame Edna's Walkabout Tour, Seven Little Australians, The Wizard of Oz, The Dusty Springfield Story, the role of Maria Elena in the Buddy Holly Story and the role of Dr. Claire Lloyd in the New Zealand soap, Shortland Street. Ann also performed the role of Angie with Glynn Nicholas in his Australian tour of Wrung Out.

Doug Dew - Harry, Jessie's Father & Mr Quinn

Doug studied acting at the New Victorian Theatre School. His most recent film and television appearances include - Every Night Every Night, Blue Heelers, Newlyweds and Frontline. Doug also stars as Captain Birdseye in one of the Birdseye Fishfingers television commercials!
