The following dedication was placed in the program of Stations. The play ran during the four year battle with cancer my mother was going through. Two years after Stations had finished, Elisabeth Joannah Richards, (nee DeGroot) passed away. She was a truly great woman with a courageous heart and spirit to match. RIP.... You will always be missed and forever loved.
DEDICATION
"I would like to dedicate this play to my mother, Elisabeth,
for she has taught me that the human spirit can overcome anything
and that life is an adventure for each and everyone of us to
live. Thanks Mum" |

SPECIAL
THANKS TO
- "I would like to thank the following people who, without
their help, Stations would not have
been possible, or at least not as professional.
- Firstly, I would like to thank Lisa Holmes for the endless use of her computer and as
my computer skills were very few at the beginning, her greater
knowledge helped me endlessly.
- Brenton Staples for taking the time out of his absurdly
hectic schedule to design the flyer and program which you are
now reading (not during the play of course!)
- Caroline Cowley for the absolutely amazing amount
of work that she has done for publicity, way beyond my wildest
expectations.
- Hunter for taking publicity photographs.
- Jennifer Whelan for the endless use of her copying
facilities, her binding facilites, her paper facilities and her
very special friendship facilities.
- Ben Northey who composed the original music for
Stations, and all just from scribbled words on a script.
- Mum who helped out with extra sewing that was needed
and along with Karen Jurgens, prepared opening night supper.
- John Burrett for his set design knowledge and input
for which he will NOT be receiving a guild nomination or award!
- Andrew Johnson for making me go back to the computer
16 times to rewrite the script and I'm sure it's not over yet!
- CLOC Musical Theatre Co. for the rehearsal space and letting
me build and paint the set there also.
- But finally I would like to
thank someone very special, Ana Mitsikas, who has supported
me endlessly in every area of this little adventure and always
had the belief it would be something great. Thank you.
- Oh, and let's not forget Ruphus
the Bear, he has been invaluable as a cast member, and his
input has been priceless!"
